Why we built this

Before building AI Teammate, our founder spent years working directly in the trades. That firsthand experience is why every product is built around how a small contracting business actually operates day to day — not how a big call-center software company imagines it does.

A missed call, a slow follow-up, or a lost piece of paperwork costs a small contractor real money — often a whole job. AI Teammate exists to close those specific gaps: answering the phone when nobody's available, calling a lead back before a competitor does, and keeping job and quote information organized in the field.

Who we serve

We work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and other service contractors — typically small, established businesses that run paid advertising and can't afford to lose a lead to a missed call.
