• Schedule appointments in your calendar system
• Route urgent calls to designated team members
• Record and store call data for quality and training purposes

3. AI Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI systems may occasionally misunderstand or incorrectly process information
• The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in all interactions
• You are responsible for monitoring AI interactions and verifying important information
• AI responses are generated based on training data and programmed instructions
• The service should not be used for emergency services or life-threatening situations

4. Call Recording and Data Storage

By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to:

• Recording of all phone calls handled by the AI system
• Storage and analysis of call recordings for quality improvement
• Use of call data to train and improve AI models
• Retention of call recordings and associated data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding call recording and obtaining necessary consent from callers in your jurisdiction.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for AI training
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are billed according to your selected plan. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Teammate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Missed calls or appointments due to service interruptions
• Errors in AI-generated responses or bookings
• Loss of business or revenue
• Data loss or corruption

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your customer data and business information. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze this data to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your customer data to third parties.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

Fluid Productions LLC (operating as AI Teammate) runs a customer care SMS program for people who contact us or submit a request through a form on our website. Messages you may receive include:

• Confirmation that we received your request
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Callback scheduling and coordination
• Follow-up relating to an inquiry you submitted
• Service notifications and account updates

How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your phone number on a form on our website and checking the SMS consent box. The box is optional and is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be supported on all carriers.

Privacy
