AI Teammate is a brand operated by Fluid Productions LLC. This page explains how to ask us to delete data we hold about you, and what happens after you ask.

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days. We may need to verify that you are the person the data belongs to before we act.
Some records are retained where the law requires it or where we need them to defend a legal claim — billing and tax records, for example, are typically kept for seven years. Data that has already been anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you may be retained for service improvement. We will tell you if anything is being kept and why.
To stop text messages immediately without deleting anything else, reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to contact us by phone or email.
Mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, and SMS consent are never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
